• 識別子 number のプロセスにコマンドまたは OX_SYNC_BALL を送信する.
• Open_XM において送受信データは OX_DATA, OX_COMMAND, OX_SYNC_BALLの 3 種類に分かれる. 通常, コマンドは何らかの操作に 付随して暗黙のうちに送信されるが, これをユーザが個別に送りたい場合に 用いられる.
• OX_SYNC_BALL は ox_reset による計算中断, 復帰の際に送受信される が, これを個別に送りたい場合に用いる. なお, 通常状態では OX_SYNC_BALL は無視される.
